摘　　要：海水养殖业是辽宁省的传统产业,在辽宁经济中一直占据重要位置。《辽宁沿海经济带发展规划》的实施,为辽宁海水养殖业提供了难得的历史发展机遇,要赶超广东、福建等省,沿用过去的粗放型、数量型、浪费型的增长方式行不通,需要转变增长方式。需重视主导品种养殖及苗种生产;由大宗品种养殖向精品养殖转变;由浅海养殖向深海养殖转变;由农业化养殖向工业化养殖转变;由传统养殖向生态养殖转变。Marine aquaculture industry is one of Liaoning traditional industries which plays an impor tant role in Liaoning economic development. The application of Liaoning coastal economic belt development rules offers Liaoning marine aquaculture industry a historic opportunity to improve itself. Some crude and quantitative methods or wasteful methods cannot meet the demand of quickly catch up and surpass Guang dong Province or Fujian Province. Therefore, we need to change the growth pattern. Liaoning should focus on species and fry study, furthermore, growth pattern should be changed from extensive to intensive way. Culture areas should be extended to deep sea area, and the aquaculture methods need to be changed from traditional agricultural way to ecological industrialized way.
