摘 要:节制环是火炮驻退机的关键部件,其磨损程度与火炮性能密切相关,如何在不分解驻退机的情况下确定其磨损程度,一直是火炮性能检测与维修领域面临的难题。提出一种利用火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)对节制环磨损程度进行检测的方法,通过分析驻退机内的驻退液中Zn元素的含量,确定节制环的磨损程度,并对节制环是否需要更换做出判定。试验表明,该方法具有精度高、易操作、经济效益好等优点。Throttling ring is the key component of gun recoil mechanism, and its degree of wear is closely related to the performances of the gun. How to determine the degree of wear under the condition that gun recoil mechanism was not decomposed has been a facing difficult problem in the fields of gun performance test and maintenance. A method for detecting the throttling ring wear was presented with the help of flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS). This method can determine the wear degree of throttling ring by means of analyzing the content of Zn element in recoiling liquid of the recoiling mechanism, and make a judgment if throttling ring needs to be replaced or not. Test results showed that the method has the advantages of high precision, easy to operate and has a good economic returns.
