摘 要:为了研究保温砌筑砂浆的保温隔热性能,通过DRP-4A型导热仪测试了自行配置的M7.5保温砂浆和普通砂浆试件在不同含水率和不同温差下的导热系数;实验结果表明,含水率为相同含水率0%~13%的情况下,保温砂浆的传热系数与普通砂浆导热系数比值为0.535~0.741.当温差为14~22℃时,保温砂浆与普通砂浆的导热系数平均比值为0.522.通过试验结果分析,保温砂浆与普通砂浆相比,在相同强度等级时,具有自重轻,保温性能好的特点,可广泛用于建筑自保温墙体砌筑砂浆和粉刷砂浆.In order to study the thermal insulation properties of the insulation mortar, we use DRP-4A thermal conductivity tester to test the thermal conductivity of the self-made M?. 5 insulation mortar and or- dinary mortar specimens under the different moisture content and the different temperature. The experi- mental results show that in the case of the same moisture content of 0% to 13%, the ratio of the heat transfer coefficient of the insulation mortar with ordinary mortar thermal conductivity of 0. 535 - 0. 741. When the temperature difference is 14 to 22 C, the average ratio of the thermal conductivity of the insula- tion mortar and ordinary mortar is 0. 522. The results show that compered with the ordinary mortar, the insulation mortar has the good properties of light weight and insulation,and it can be widely used in con- struction of the self-thermal-insulation Masonry and stucco mortar.
