摘　　要：在"卓越工程师教育培养计划"背景下,机设专业人才培养方案及其教学组织与保障体系,针对"3+1"校企联合培养模式,要创建"企业学习"教学管理机构,创新实施的保障体系,探索监控与评价体系,实施严密的过程控制,着力提高学生工程应用能力。Under the background of ＂The Program for Education and Training Outstanding Engineers （PE- TOE）＂,this paper analyzes the machine design professional talent training scheme, the teaching organiza- tion and guarantee system. According to the ＂3＋1＂ school-enterprise cooperation training mode,we can create the teaching management organization for the study in enterprises, innovate the guarantee system of implementation, explore the monitoring and evaluation system, and implement rigorous process control for the improvement of the students＇ engineering application abilities
