摘 要:本文研究了不同的处理工艺对蒙乃尔粉末的性能和形貌特性的影响,以提高蒙乃尔多孔材料压制成形性和样坯的强度。实验结果发现,压制过的回收粉,分别经过氢气还原和真空退火处理后,粉末性能和压制坯成形性和压溃强度均未能大幅提升至原始粉性能数值。为使回收粉得到充分利用,达到原始粉末的性能数值,采用对回收粉添加成形剂进行改性处理的方法。实验结果表明,添加成形剂进行改性处理工艺对回收粉末是可行的,提高了粉末的利用率,粉末压制坯成形性和合格率得到提高,节约粉末消耗,降低了产品成本。In order to improve the formability of Monel powder and green strength, the prop- erty and morphology of Monel powder were studied after different treatment processes in the paper. The results showed that the property and formability of Monel powder and crushing strength of compact were not improved significantly after H2 deoxidation and vacuum anneal of the compacted powder. To make full use of compacted powder, binder was added into the powder to improve the property. As the result, the utilization ratio of improved powder in- creased, and the formability and qualified rate for compact enhanced. Meanwhile, the prod- uct cost was reduced.
