摘 要:利用跑步机以80%VO2max的强度跑至力竭对淮北师范大学体育学院15位男生高强度极量运动后BUN、CK、LDH的恢复速率进行研究.结果表明,BUN、CK、LDH于极量运动后均明显增加,其中BUN与LDH分别于运动后2 h达到最高点,于24 h恢复;CK于运动后24 h达到最高点,于48 h恢复.高强度极量运动对BUN及LDH的影响时间较短,可在24 h内恢复;对CK的影响会持续至24 h以后,于48 h内恢复.因此,在实施高强度极量运动时,至少应有一天的间隔时间恢复,以利于代谢机能恢复.15 male students from the school of physical education of Huaibei normal university were chosen to run to exhaustion on the treadmills at the intensity of 80% VO2 and then their BUN, CK and LDH recov- ery rates after the high strength maximal exercise were studied. The results showed that BUN, CK and LDH were significantly increased after high intensity exercise: BUN and LDH respectively hit their peak 2 hours after the exercise, recovering in 24 hours; CK hits the peak 24 hours after the exercise, recovering in 48 hours. The time that BUN and LDH were influenced by high intensity exercise was relatively short, and the recovery hours were only 24. The influence of high strength exercise on CK continued to 24 hours after the movement, and resumed within 48 hours. Therefore, in the implementation of high strength exercise, at least one day is needed as interval for recovery, so as to facilitate the recovery of the metabolic function.
