护理干预结合推拿法治疗脑瘫患儿便秘疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察小儿推拿法治疗脑性瘫痪患儿便秘的护理效果。方法将100例便秘的脑性瘫痪患儿随机分为推拿组51例和对照组49例,对照组按照小儿便秘常规护理,推拿组在对照组的基础上加用小儿推拿法,观察比较干预前后2组患儿排便情况以及伴随症状的变化。结果护理干预20 d后,推拿组排便质量提高,伴随症状减轻,与对照组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论在脑瘫患儿便秘护理常规的基础上加用小儿推拿法,可有效解除便秘,减轻伴随症状,帮助患儿形成良好的生活、饮食习惯,对长期康复有重要的意义。Objective To observe the nursing effects of pediatric massage therapy in treating constipation for children with cerebral palsy. Methods 100 cases of cerebral palsy children with constipation were randomized into massage therapy group （ n = 51 ） and control group （ n = 49 ）. Routine nursing was given to the control group for constipation, and massage therapy was given to massage therapy group besides routine nursing. The defecation and accompanying symptoms prior to and after intervention in the two groups were observed and compared. Results 20 days after nursing intervention, the defecation in the massage therapy group was improved and the related accompanying symptoms were alleviated, and there were statistical difference compared to the control group （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion Massage therapy plus routine nursing is effective in treating constipation for children with cerebral palsy, relieving constipation and accompanying symptoms, cultivating good living and eating habit, which makes great sense for the long-term recover.
