摘　　要：为了实现一个跨平台、低成本、低延时的低带宽,使用方便的远程监控系统,通过研究分析JMF的结构特点,设计了基于JMF的视频监控系统。系统采用C/S架构,以JMF作为主要的技术支撑,由监控设备、服务器、传输网络、客户端4个部分组成。系统使用RTP实时传输协议,具有视频信息采集、处理、发送、接收和播放等功能。In order to achieve a cross-platform,low cost,low transmit delay remote monitoring system,the characteristics of JMF are researched,a video monitoring system base on JMF is designed.C/S structure is adopted,and JMF is used as the main technical support.The system consists of monitoring device,server,transport network,client and makes use of real-time transport protocol.The functions of video information collection,processing,sending,receiving and playing are realized.
