摘　　要：目的：了解深圳市外来务工女青年生殖健康现状及服务需求，为开展生殖保健综治服务提供科学依据。方法：从“深圳外来务工青年生殖健康状况及友好服务模式探索”项目中抽取1172例2009年5月-2011年10月外来务工女青年资料进行分析，并为其中968例自愿体检者进行了妇科检查。调查对象年龄为20．8±2．3岁，已婚者比例为15．2％，有性行为者占45．4％；发现月经不调349例（29．8％）、痛经297例（25．3％）、宫颈炎261例（22．3％）、盆腔炎76例（6．5％）、外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病45例（3．8％）、滴虫性阴道炎32例（2．7％）、其它疾病3例（0．3％）；性病17例（1．5％）。多因素分析显示：已婚、婚前有性行为史、月收入少、生殖健康知识缺乏、居住条件差（室内无洗浴设施等）、文化程度低和卫生习惯不良的女青年生殖系统患病的可能性增大。结论：外来务工女青年生殖健康水平低，完善外来务工人群医疗保障制度，开展生殖健康教育与保健服务至关重要。Objective： To explore the status and needs of reproductive health among young female migrant workers in Shenz- hen, and so as to provide scientific evidences for the provision of reproductive care. Methods： A total of 1172 young female migrant workers were recruited for data analysis. Results ： The average age of respondents was 20.8 ±2.3 years old, 15.2% were married and 45.4% had had sexual intercourse. Abnormal menstruation （349, 29.8% ）, dysmenorrhea （297, 25. 3% ） , cervicitis （261, 22.3% ）, pelvic inflammatory （76, 6.5% ）, vulvar candida vaginitis （45, 3.8% ）, trichomonas vaginitis（32, 2.7% ）, and sexual transmitted disease （17, 1.5% ） were found. Conclusion： The status of reproductive health among young female migrant workers shows little optimism in Shenzhen. It is necessary to strengthen the system of med- ical insurance and services of reproductive health among them in future.
