摘　　要：目的:建立尼美舒利有关物质检查的HPLC方法。用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂(4.6mm×150mm,5μ);流动相:0.1%的磷酸溶液(用氨水调pH7.0)乙腈(6:4),检测波长:230nm,流速:1.0mL·min-1,色谱柱温为室温。本方法专属性强、准确度高、重现性好,可用于尼美舒利质量控制。Objective：A HPLC method was established for relative substances of nimesulide. A C18（4.6mm×150mm,5μ） was used with acetonitrile and a mixture of acetonitrile -0.1% phosphoric acid adjusted to pH7.0 with ammonia （4：6） as the mobile phase. Detection wavelength is at 230nm. The flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1. The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and can be used for quality of nimesulide.
