基于生态足迹模型的遵义市可持续发展研究

摘  要:运用生态足迹模型测算了贵州省遵义市2005、2008、2010年的生态足迹、生态承载力、人均生态赤字动态变化,定量分析了贵州省遵义市的生态环境可持续发展状况。结果显示,遵义市在2005—2010年间人均生态足迹增加了0.568 2 hm2、人均生态承载力下降了0.041 5 hm2、人均生态赤字逐年增大,由2005年的1.583 5 hm2增加到2010年的2.193 2 hm2。表明遵义市在近几年的经济快速发展的同时,在资源和环境方面付出了巨大的代价,经济社会发展对自然资源的需求远超过本地区生态承载力的范围,地区发展呈不可持续状态。鉴于遵义市生态足迹的现状与发展趋势,提出了减少生态足迹和缓解生态环境压力的对策和建议,以期为实现研究区经济社会以及特困山区的经济社会可持续发展提供参考。The ecological footprint, ecological bearing capacity, and per capita ecological deficit of Zunyi city in Guizhou province in 2005, 2008 and 2010 were calculated with the ecological footprint model. The sustainable development situation in Zunyi city was quantitatively analyzed. The results showed that per capita ecological footprint was increased by 0.568 2 hm2and per capita ecological carrying capacity was decreased by 0.041 5 hm2from 2005 to 2010. Per capita ecological deficit increased from 1.583 5 hm2in 2005 to 2.193 2 hm2in 2010. It suggested that Zunyi city paid huge cost in resources and the environment for its rapid development in economy in recent years. The need in nature recourses for econom ic and social development was far outside the carrying capacity of ecosystem, meaning that the development of this region was not sustainable. According to the situation of development and trend of ecological footprint in Zunyi city, suggestion and of decreasing ecological footprint and relieving ecological environment pressure are proposed to provide reference for the sustainable development of economy and society in the area studied and other poor mountainous areas.
