摘 要:以白花曼陀罗(Datura stramonium L.)叶、花、种子为试验材料,采用紫外分光光度法研究不同种植密度A组(行距×株距为60 cm×70 cm)、B组(60 cm×60 cm)、C组(60 cm×50 cm)对白花曼陀罗不同部位糖类成分的影响。结果表明,白花曼陀罗种子中总糖含量明显比叶子和花中总糖含量高,种子、叶子和花中还原糖含量相差不大。在B组(60 cm×60 cm)种植密度下,白花曼陀罗种子、叶子和花中总糖含量明显比其他两种种植密度含量高。Using leaves,flowers,seeds of Datura stramonium L. as matrirals, effects of sugar component in different parts of D. stramonium L. were studied in different planting densities in cluding A group(row spacing 60 cm×plant spacing 70 cm),B group(60 cm×60 cm), C group(60 cm×50 cm) by UV spectrophotometry. The results showed that the total sugar content in seeds was significantly higher than those in leaves and flowers. Reductive sugar in seeds, leaves and flowers were almost the same. The total sugar contents in seeds, leaves and flowers of B group(60 cm×60 cm) planting density were higher than those of the other planting densities.
