摘 要:以正癸醇和无水葡萄糖为原料,在催化剂作用下脱水合成产物,探讨葡萄糖粒径、反应温度、催化剂用量、原料配比对苷化反应和产品收率的影响。反应原料需预先进行拟溶胶化混合,确定了较为适宜的工艺条件:反应温度105℃,催化剂用量0.7%,醇糖摩尔比5∶1,此时反应时间小于2.5 h,癸基单苷的收率可以达到95.7%。In this paper, the alkyl polyglucoside was synthesized with glucose and decyl alcohol under catalyst. The factors affecting the glycosidation and its yields such as glucose particle size, reaction temperature, catalyst dosage and ratio of alcohol to glucose were studied. The raw materials should be pre-treated by imitating solation mixing. The results showed that the proper reaction conditions were as follows: reaction temperature 105 ℃, catalyst for 0.7% of the total material, mole ratio of decyl alcohol to glucose 5∶1. Under the proper conditions reaction, the reaction time was less than 2.5 h, decyl single glycosides yield could reach about 95.7%.
