摘 要:通过归一化对芯片数据进行质量控制,采用两样本非配对t检验,比较了2、5和10μg/mL的大蒜(Allium sativum L.)提取物处理结核分枝杆菌(Mycobacterium tuberculosis)后对其基因表达变化的影响。结果表明,5和10μg/mL的大蒜提取物处理后获得共同差异基因17个,与氧化应激、蛋白损伤等生物学功能相关。大蒜提取物可能通过上述基因的调控起到抑制结核分枝杆菌的作用。To investigate the effect of garlic(Allium sativum L.) extract on changes of gene expression in Mycobacterium tuberculosis, gene profile was analyzed. Quality of microarray data was controlled by normalization. The difference between treated with garlic extract and control in Mycobacterium tuberculosis was compared by two sample non-paired t-test. The results showed that 17 differential genes were overlapped in the treatment with 5 and 10 μg / mL garlic extract. These genes are related with oxidative stress and protein damage. Therefore, garlic extract may inhibit the Mycobacterium tuberculosis by regulating the expression of these differential genes.
