摘　　要：临床检查和治疗所造成的医源性周围神经损伤的案例在周围神经损伤的患者中占有很大比重。周围神经损伤后常导致其所支配区域的功能障碍,这给患者的身心健康造成了很大的伤害,也影响了医患之间的和谐关系。医源性周围神经损伤的特征是病因复杂多样、容易漏诊或误诊、治疗方式及预后效果非常依赖其早期诊断及诊断分类、疾病的完全可预防性。该文就针对医源性周围神经损伤的病因、诊断分类、诊断依据、治疗及预防等方面的研究进展予以综述。Cases of iatrogenic peripheral nerve injuries due to clinical examination and treatment take a large proportion in patients of peripheral nerve injuries, which always lead to dysfunction of the dominated areas. Patients＇ physical and psyeholgieal health may suffer largely and the harmonious relationship between the patients and clinical workers could be affected. The characteristic of iatrogenic peripheral nerve injuries are complex causes,easily missed diagnosis or misdiagnosis, the method of treatment and results completely dependent on early diagnosis and diagnosis classification, and completely preventable. Here is to make a review of the research development of the etiology, diagnosis classification, diagnosis basis, treatment and prevention of iatrogenic peripheral nerve injuries.
