摘  要:在NaOH水介质中,CTABr作相转移催化剂,微波促进水杨醛与苯乙腈缩合反应,然后再酸化环合-锅法合成了3-苯基香豆素。实验表明,水杨醛10mmol、苯乙腈20mmol、CTABr0.1mmol、0.1mol/L氢氧化钠溶液20mL、微波功率300W、温度100℃时,微波反应90min后滴加浓盐酸至pH值8~9,再微波反应15min,3-苯基香豆素产率可达86.5%。3-Phenyl coumarin was synthesized by one-pot procedure by the reaction,in the presence of CTABr as phase transfer catalyst, under microwave radiation, of salicylaldehyde with phenyl acetonitrile in NaOH aqueous medium with a subsequent acid treatment of the reaction mixture. The experiment show that dosage of salicylaldehyde 10 mmol,phenyl acetonitrile 20 mmol,CTABr 0. 1 mmol,0.1 mol/L sodi- um hydroxide solution 20 mL, power of microwave 300 W, time of microwave 90 min at 100 ℃, with a subsequent acidified the reaction mixture to pH 8 -9 with concentrate HC1 and then reacted 15 rain under the condition of the microwave,3-phenyl coumarin was obtained 86.5% yield.
