台湾特色农产品“黑珍珠”莲雾发展策略分析

摘　　要：台湾特色农产品在运用各项农业资源,结合人力资源,激发农业创意与农产品研发创新服务等方面累积了丰富的经验,促使其农业产业附加值提升迅速。该文着重分析了台湾"黑珍珠"莲雾的发展策略,从优劣势、机会、威胁四方面分析其发展路线,进而由政府及企业两个层面提出两岸莲雾产业合作的对策建议。Taiwan has vast experiences on using effective measures, such as, the application of various agricultural resources, the combination of human resources, and the development of creative agriculture and innovation service, to promote the rapid improvement of additional value in its special agricultural product＇s industry. This paper ana- lyzed the development strategy of Taiwan ＇ black pearl＇ wax apple, and its developing route from four aspects, in- cluding strength, weakness, opportunity and threats. Finally, some suggestions on the cross-strait cooperation in wax apple industry have been put forward from two levels.
