后ECFA时期深化闽台金融合作的新路径

摘　　要：福建是台湾经贸先行区域,闽台金融合作具有良好的基础。ECFA的正式签署为闽台金融机构互设、深化资本市场合作、共建两岸区域金融服务中心提供了更为广阔的机遇和平台,目前闽台金融合作已经取得了丰硕的成果。但是机遇与挑战交织而来,进入后ECFA时代,闽台金融合作也面临着区域竞争增强、金融监管难度增加、完整的货币清算机制尚未建立等挑战。因此,福建省应该以两岸区域金融中心建设为重点,通过加强产业对接,人才交流,建立离岸金融中心等路径深化闽台金融合作,促进两地经济共同发展。Fujian is the first region of Taiwan economy and trade, it has a good foundation in financial cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan. The official signature of ECFA offers the opportunities and platform for establishing fi- nancial institutions mutually, deepening capital market cooperation and building cross strait regional financial service center. Now, the financial cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan has obtained the plenteous results. But the chal- lenges come after the opportunities, after entering the ECFA era, the financial cooperation between Fujian and Tai wan also faces challenges such as the enhancement of regional competition, the increase of difficulty of financial su- pervision, the faultiness of complete currency settlement mechanism. Therefore, Fujian must take the establishment of the cross strait regional financial centre as an emphasis to deepen financial cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan and promote the mutual development of the two regions through the paths such as strengthening industrial connec tion, talent exchange, establishing offshore financial center.
