摘  要:根据低温液体在轨存储过程中出现低温贮箱压力升高的问题,提出采用低温制冷机与导热带耦合,并加入搅拌器的零蒸发损耗(ZBO)存储系统。采用流体分析软件Fluent建立了容积为0.12立方米的低温贮箱三维物理模型,预测了不同搅拌轴长度、不同搅拌器转速时低温贮箱内流体温度场、速度场、流场的分布情况,并进行对比分析。结果显示,搅拌器的加入降低了贮箱内流体最高温度,同时搅拌轴的长度以及转速均对系统内温度场产生影响。最后简要介绍了液氮ZBO存储试验装置及后续试验方案。According to pressure in the cryogenic tank increases during storage of cryogenic fluid on or- bit, a new structure was concerned that cryogenic and conductive component was coupling while a mixer was used. Software-Fluent was used to build 3D cryogenic storage tank physical model, distribution of tempera- ture, speed and flow in different length of mixer shaft and its rotational speed were predicted. The results show that the highest temperature was decreased after using the mixer, the length of mixer shaft and rota- tional speed play an important role in temperature field inside the tank. Finally, a pint-size experimental e- quipment based on liquid nitrogen zero-boil-off storage and the relative experiment scheme were introduced.
