摘  要:建立了一套板翅式换热器两相流分配的实验系统及测试系统,并对两相流流体在板翅式换热器内的分配特性进行了实验研究,结果表明:两相流在板翅式换热器内部分布比单相流更加不均匀,且在出口截面上的分配特性主要体现在液相流体的横向不均匀分配方面,液相与气相流体不均匀度在实验工况下分别达到0.951和0.139;影响两相流流体在板翅式换热器内部分配均匀性的因素以入口干度和气相雷诺数为主。An experimental system and an intelleetive data acquisition system were set up to investigate two-phase flow distribution in plate-fin heat exchangers. Two-phase fluid distribution characteristics in plate- fin heat exchanger were experimentally studied. It can be found that the uneven distribution problem of the two-phase flow in plate-fin heat exchangers was pronounced than that of the single-phase flow. The non-uni- formity of the liquid-phase was more pronounced than that of the gas-phase and the flow non-uniformity in the lateral direction was more serious than that in the gross flow direction. The degrees of liquid-phase and gas-phase flow non uniformity were 0. 951and 0. 139 respectively. The main influencingfactors of the two- phase flow distribution in plate-fin heat exchanger were inlet dryness and gas Reynolds number.
