摘 要:为满足某型号火箭冷氦增压系统研制试验条件要求,需模拟发动机冷氦加温换热管道的工作性能。通过3种换热器方式特点的对比,确定了低温氦气-氮气换热的加温换热方案。并对冷氦换热器及相关系统进行了设计、加工和配置,经调试试验获取了换热器系统在入口温度较高的条件下之性能参数,分析认为换热系统可以满足模拟试验系统要求。该系统经模拟试验考核,结果表明,设计条件下,氦气温升参数与任务要求值相契合,系统方案达到了设计目的。The performance of two heat exchange pipes on a rocket engine should be simulated to satisfy the experiment system for an exploration project of a tank pressurization system, which low temperature heli- um was used as pressurization gas. On the basic of analysis among three methods, the way of low tempera- ture helium gas changed heat with nitrogen gas at environment temperature was chosen, and a heat exchang- er system was designed and manufactured. The system performance was tested at condition of entrance flow temperature was higher and the result showed the system could be used on the exploration project. The per- formance of this system tested during the project experiment shows that the temperature increase target is sat- isfying and the design task is full finished.
