摘 要:介绍了一种工作在液氢介质(-253℃)下的永磁同步电机,它是运载火箭发动机循环预冷的动力元件,驱动循环泵。电机与循环泵采用一体化结构,电机转子腔体浸泡在液氢介质中。对循环泵电机的主要结构,电磁设计及基本性能进行了研究,介绍了研制中的关键点,并通过液氮、液氢介质浸泡及运行试验进行研究,结果表明,电机能够稳定工作,性能满足液氢介质运行要求。该类型电机也可推广应用于其它低温环境。A permanent magnet synchronous motor working in liquid hydrogen was introduced, which was an element driving pump for recirculation pre-cooling of launch vehicle engines. The motor and pump were integrative so that the rotor of motor was submerged in liquid hydrogen. The main structure, electro- magnetic design and basic performance of the motor were studied and the key points in design process were discussed. Experiments of submerging and working in liquid nitrogen and liquid hydrogen were made. The experiment results show that the motor work stably and the performance meet the system requirements. Meanwhile this kind of motor can be used in other low temperature environment.
