摘 要:分析了东保卫煤矿大倾角煤层(35°~55°)的综合机械化开采技术难题,通过对大倾角煤层覆岩变形移动规律的立体相似材料模拟、覆岩应力分布规律的FLAC数值模拟和试验室的支架稳定性研究,其结果为大倾角煤层围岩控制提供了依据。结合现场实际确定了综采设备型号及设备稳定性控制的关键技术措施。大倾角煤层综合机械化开采工业试验及矿压监测结果表明,其经济技术效果良好,并已在龙煤集团公司全面推广应用。In this paper, analysis was made on the technical problems in fully mechanized mining of coal seams with large dip angle (35°- 55°) in Dongbaowei Coal Mine, three-dimensional similar material simulation was carried out on the deformation and movement regularity of overburden strata of coal seams with large dip angle, FLAC numerical simulation was made on the stress distribution regularity of overburden strata and study was conducted on the support stability, all of these results provided basis for the surrounding rock control of coal seams with large dip angle. In addition, the type of fully mechanized mining equipment and the key technical measures for controlling the stability of the fully mechanized mining equipment were determined according to the site conditions. The industrial test results of fully mechanized mining of coal seams with large dip angle and the strata pressure monitoring results showed that its economic and technical effect is good and it has been widely spread and applied in coal mines in Heilongjiang Longmay Mining Holding Group Co. , Ltd.
