摘 要:红石岩煤矿Ⅳ采区12406回风巷底板经常发生大变形破坏,为此分析了软岩巷道变形破坏原因,提出巷帮加固、底板卸压的治理思路控制底鼓。采用数值模拟的方法,对巷道未支护、原支护方案,以及注浆加固+卸压槽联合支护新方案的顶底板位移、应力分布进行了对比研究,模拟结果表明:采用注浆加固+卸压槽联合支护,巷道底鼓量比原支护减小了一半,对底鼓的控制作用明显。对注浆参数、卸压槽参数等进行了计算分析,联合支护实施效果表明,控制了围岩的强烈变形,平均底鼓量由原支护的1 200~1 500 mm减小到245 mm,保证了巷道的稳定。Severe deformation and failure often occurred in the floor of 12406 air-return way in IV winning district of Hongshiyan Mine, for this reason, analysis on the cause of deformation and failure of the soft rock roadway was made and the control measure by reinforcing the roadway side and relieving the floor pressure to control floor heave was put forward in this paper. Comparative study was carried out on the roof and floor displacement and the stress distribution of the roadway in three support patterns of no support, original support and combined support by grouting reinforcement and pressure relief slot with the numerical simulation method. The simulation results showed that the use of the combined support pattern by grouting reinforcement and pressure relief slot can decrease the heave amount of the roadway by half as compared to that by original support pattern and there is an obvious control effect on the floor heave. Calculation and analysis on the parameters of the grouting reinforcement and pressure relief slot were carried out, the combined support pattern can control the severe deformation of surrounding rock, the average heave amount reduced from 1 200 - 1 500 mm by original support pattern to 245 mm by the combined support pattern, this thus ensured the roadway stability.
