摘　　要：美国农业合作社的资金来源包括权益资本和债务资金。权益资本包括直接投资、权益资本积累和权益赎回计划,其中包括循环资本计划和基础资本计划在内的权益赎回计划,使美国农业合作社能够很好地贯彻"使用者投资"原则。债务资金包括合作社银行、农场信贷租赁服务公司以及商业银行等其他机构的信贷资金,其中合作社银行和农场信贷租赁服务公司作为合作社的独特资金来源,解决了合作社在债务融资方面的困难。美国农业合作社在资金来源方面的制度设计对于解决中国农民合作社融资难的问题具有一定的借鉴意义。Capital sources of U.S. agricultural cooperatives can be classified as equity and debt sources. Equity sources include direct investment, equity capital accumulation and equity redemption plans. Among their equity redemption plans,which include the revolving fund plan and the base capital plan,cooperatives make sure that people who use cooperatives invest cooperatives. Debt sources include Banks for Cooperatives(BCs), Farm Credit Leasing Services Corporation(FCL),commercial banks, and so on. Among them BCs and FCL are the special sources for cooperatives,which alleviate the difficulty of debt financing for cooperatives. The system design of capital sources for U.S. agricultural cooperatives can give reference to China.
