制备工艺对大型TC4钛合金环件组织和性能的影响

摘  要:应用马架扩孔、马架扩孔+环轧和完全环轧三种工艺制备TC4钛合金大型环件,分析不同制备工艺下合金的显微组织和力学性能。研究结果表明,不同制备工艺获得的TC4钛合金大型环件的显微组织几乎没有差别,无论哪种工艺制备的TC4钛合金环件都呈现等轴组织,且不同部位的显微组织一致均匀。综合考虑三种工艺获得的环件的室温和高温性能,推荐采用马架扩孔+一火次环轧的制备工艺,通过该工艺获得的环件的室温和高温力学性能均可达到较好水平。Three kinds of processing method of open forging, open forging + looping mill rolling and complete looping mill rolling were used for the preparation of TC4 large-sized ring. The microstructures and mechanical properties of the rings produced by different processing methods were tested and analyzed. The results indicate that TC4 titanium alloy rings show equiaxed microstructure and little difference after various processing methods. At the same time, the microstructure of the rings in different zones also show uniformity, which indicate the processing method produce little effect on the microstructure of TC4 titanium alloy rings. The mechanical properties results indicate the processing method of open forging + looping mill rolling shows more advantage in comparison with others processing methods. The room-temperature and high-temperature properties of TC4 titanium alloy rings after open forging + looping mill rolling are all preferable.
