摘　　要：针对编组自动化驼峰事故的影响大、隐患频发的问题,从驼峰设备故障多、驼峰作业人员素质低和作业控制不到位等三个方面进行了详细的原因分析,提出从提高自动化驼峰设备质量、加强驼峰溜放过程控制、提高作业人员的人工干预和应急处理能力等方面采取措施,确保驼峰作业安全。The accident impact of automatic hump yard of marshalling station is huge, which has lots of hidden danger. According to this, it analyzes the accident reasons from aspects of numerous faults in hump e-quipments, the operating personnel with low-quality and unsuffieient operation control. In order to ensure the safety of hump-working, the related measures should be taken form aspects of improving equipment quality of automatic hump yard, enhancing controlling of hump rolling and improving the manual intervention and emergen-cy handling capabilities of operating personnel.
