摘 要:为发挥紧急避险系统在避险和救援中的最大功能,分析应急救援决策系统开发的必要性。采用应急管理方法和图论,依托Web地理信息系统(WebGIS)服务技术,开发应急救援决策指挥系统。重点介绍系统5个子模块的结构、内容和实现功能,提出"监测—预测—决策"一体化的运行模式。针对对矿井不同灾变的分析和预测,提出基于温度、CO和水深判断"理想—可通行—极限"路线的方法和依据。采用改进的Dijkstra算法进行路线的网络解算。通过现场模拟演练,验证了应急救援系统的可行性。For the sake of making the emergency refuge system able to play a maximal role during emergency and rescue in coal mine, the necessity for developing an emergency rescue decision-making system was analyzed. A mine emergency rescue command system based on WebGIS service was developed. The five modules of the system were focused on. An integrated operation mode of monitoring-prediction-decision was proposed. For different mine disaster scenarios methods for judging and selecting of ideal route- accessible route-limit route were worked out in the light of temperature, CO and water depth. And escape routes can be calculated using Dijkstra algorithm improved. Site training simulation was carried out to verify the feasibility of emergency rescue system.
