摘  要:目的探讨应用声触诊组织定量分析(VTQ)技术对健康志愿者脾脏弹性值的评估价值。方法选取127例健康志愿者,其中青年健康志愿者55例,中年健康志愿者31例,老年健康志愿者41例,使用具有VTQ技术的超声仪器对志愿者进行检查,记录剪切波速度值(shear wave velocity,SWV,进行综合分析。结果脾脏平均SWV与身高,腰围,体重,BMI,脾脏厚度及长度比较及相关性分析均无显著性差异(P>0.05);不同年龄组之间无显著差异(P>0.05);脾脏SWV正常值范围为2.36±0.57m/s。结论声触诊组织定量分析技术可以反映脾脏的弹性强度,具有潜在的临床应用价值。Objective Application of virtual touch tissues quantitative analysis( VTQ) technique on healthy volunteers spleen elasticity value value. Methods choose 127cases of healthy volunteers, including 55 cases of young healthy volunteers, middle-aged healthy volunteers 31 cases, 41 cases of elderly healthy volunteers. Note: less than 30 years for the young, between the ages of 30-50 for middle-aged, greater than 50 years old.),with the VTQ technology of ultrasound apparatus for volunteers to check, record the shear wave velocity( shear wave velocity, SWV). Results Spleen average SWV and waist circumference, height, weight, thickness of spleen BMI, comparison and correlation analysis showed no significant difference( P 0.05); No significant difference between different age groups(P0.05); Splenic SWV normal ranges for 2.36±0.57m/s. Conclusions Virtual touch tissues quantitative analysis technique can reflect the elastic strength of the spleen, with potential clinical application.
