摘　　要：目的观察艾拉光动力治疗增生性瘢痕疙瘩的疗效。方法将200例患者随机分为2组。观察组100例,对照组100例。观察组采用外敷5-氨基酮戊酸后氦氖激光照射,2次照射期间选用卤米松乳膏外用。对照组单纯选用卤米松乳膏外用。结果观察组有效率为84﹪,对照组为40﹪。观察组治愈率为70﹪,对照组为20﹪。观察组复发率为8﹪,对照组为25﹪。观察组有效率、治愈率高于对照组,复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论艾拉光动力联合激素外用治疗瘢痕疙瘩疗效显著,值得推广。Objective To observe the effect of Ella therapy of proliferative keloid. Methods 200 patients were divided into two groups. The observation group 100 cases, control group 100 cases. The observation group with external application of 5- aminolevulinic acid after He-Ne laser irradiation, during the two exposure with Halometasone Cream for external use. The control group only used for external use Halometasone cream. Results in the observation group and the control groups, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）; the two group was compared, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Comparison of the recurrence rate of two groups, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. To observe the cure rate of group, effective and recurrence rate were better than the control group. Conclusion Ella photodynamic therapy combined with hormone for the treatment of keloid effect is significant, worthy of promotion.
