摘 要:湖南某白钨矿矿物组成复杂、矿石嵌布粒度细、含有方解石、萤石及其他富钙、镁脉石矿物,该类脉石矿物具有与白钨矿相似的可浮性,对白钨浮选干扰较大,为解决这一问题,研发了选矿新工艺。试验采用脱硫尾矿作为白钨浮选给矿(WO30.54%),白钨粗选段采用组合调整剂Na2CO3+Na2SiO3以及新型捕收剂GYWA进行白钨粗选段浮选,获得白钨粗精矿品位6.97%WO3,对白钨浮选给矿回收率为93.01%。白钨精选段采用组合调整剂NS和改性Na2SiO3进行加温浮选,得到白钨精矿品位为70.14%WO3,作业回收率93.89%,对白钨浮选给矿回收率为87.33%,选矿指标良好。A scheelite ore in Hunan with complex mineral composition and fine dissemination contains calcite,fluorite and Ca-Mg enriched gangue minerals,which has the similar floatablity with scheelite and have effect on the scheelite flotation. To solve the problem, the new technology was developed. The desulphurization tailing was adopted as the feeding( WO30. 54% )for the scheelite flotation,Na2CO3 +Na2SiO3as combined regulator and GYW-A as new-type col- lector in the scheelite roughing stage. As a result, the scheelite roughing concentrate was obtained with the WO3 grade of 6.97% and the feeding recovery of 93.01%. In the scheelite cleaning stage,the combined regulator of NS and the modified Na2SiO3were adopted for the heating floatation. At last, the scheelite concentrate with WO3 grade of 70. 14%, the operation recovery of 93.89% and the feeding recovery of 87.33%. The index is satisfactory.
