摘　　要：我国社会阶层结构发生的新变化给中国共产党的执政基础带来了新的挑战,同时也带来了新的机遇。面对新形势,如何抓住机遇,怎样有效地扩大主流意识形态的包容性,怎样增强党对全社会各个阶层的代表性,怎样强化党对不同阶层利益的整合功能,怎样提高公共政策的科学性和针对性,是当前中国共产党适应社会阶层结构新变化必须给予认真思考和研究的课题。The new change of the social stratum in China has brought new challenges and chances to the ruling foundation of the Chinese Communist party. In new condition, it is necessary for the Chinese Communist Party to consider the following sides, such as to seize the chances, to expand the inclusiveness of the main ideology.
