河北省农村地下水污染的途径及综合治理措施研究

摘　　要：地下水是一种关乎人类生产和生活的宝贵自然资源。然而我省农村地下水污染十分严重。污染途径有四:工业污染;农业污染;生活污染;自然污染。对此我们提出了预防和治理农村地下水污染的措施:编制我省地下水污染防治规划;完善预防与治理的法律法规;加强地下水监测网络建设;加大宣传力度,提高公众法律、环保意识;加强防治技术研发;积极发展生态农业。Groundwater is one of the precious natural resources which is related to human life and production. How- ever the groundwater is seriously polluted in Hebei province. There are four ways for the pollution： industrial pollution, agricultural pollution, domestic pollution and natural pollution. In regard to this, some measures are proposed to prevent and control groundwater pollution in rural areas： making the province groundwater pollution prevention planning, improv- ing the prevention and management laws and regulations, strengthening groundwater monitoring network construction; stepping up the environmental awareness of the public, enhancing prevention and control technology research and devel- opment, developing ecological agriculture.
