深静脉血栓形成病因的回顾性分析与研究

摘　　要：为了进一步探讨深静脉血栓形成的病因 ,对 1 990— 1 998年住院治疗的 2 42例患者进行了回顾性分析与研究 2 42例患者中 ,手术后发病 1 2 0例 ( 4 9.6% ) ,且以下腹部手术为多见 ;伴有原发病 3 5例( 1 4.6% ) ;原因不明 87例 ( 3 5.8% ) 发病年龄以 40岁以上者多见 结果提示 :深静脉血栓形成与高龄 ,手术创伤及肿瘤结缔组织病 ,肾炎性肾病。Inordertoinvestigatethecausesofdeepvenousthrombosis (DVT) ,restropectiveanal ysisandstudyof 2 42in -patientswithDVThadbeenmadefrom 1990～ 1998.Outof 2 42 pa tientswithDVT ,12 0cases’DVToccuredpostoperatively (speciallyhypogastricoperations)( 4 9.6 % ) ,3 5caseshadprimarydiseases( 14 .6 % ) ,87patientsshowednoobviouspredisposing factorsofsufferringtheDVT( 3 5 % ) .TheonsetageofDVTwasusuallyover 40 .Theresults suggestthatadvancedage,operativeingury ,inflammationofbloodvessels ,tumor,leukeminand desmos’etcmightcorrelatewiththeDVT .
