洁肠水疗仪治疗便秘的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价新型洁肠水疗仪治疗出口梗阻型便秘的效果及安全性。方法选择78例出口梗阻型便秘患者,观察组41人,对照组37人。观察组采用新型洁肠水疗仪治疗,对照组采用旧型洁肠水疗仪治疗,两组疗程均为两周。结果观察组总有效率为90.24%,对照组总有效率为70.27%。结论 Idear2 IBI-01C新型洁肠水疗仪对于出口梗阻型便秘的疗效确切、安全。Objective To evaluate the treatment effect and safety of new type Rectum-cleaning Aqua-washer to outlet obstructive constipation. Methods 78 cases of outlet obstructive constipation sufferers were divided into the observation group （41 cases） and the control group （37 cases）. The observation group was treated with new type Rectum-cleaning Aqua-washer, and the control group was treated with old type Rectum-cleaning Aqua-washer. Period of treatment for two groups was two weeks. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.24%, and that of control group was 70.27%. Conclusions The curative effect of Idear2 IBI-01C new type Rectum-cleaning Aqua-washer to outlet obstructive constipation is effective and safe.
