美宝湿润烧伤膏治疗轻中度小面积皮肤擦伤及溃疡疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究美宝湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)治疗轻中度小面积皮肤擦伤及溃疡的临床疗效。方法将我院2009年6月到2013年5月就诊的中轻度皮肤擦伤合并皮肤溃疡的86例病患作为观察对象,按治疗方法分成两组。观察组用MEBO治疗,对照组清创后创面用凡士林纱布覆盖后包扎治疗,治疗7天后观察对比两组治疗前后创面大小以及疗效。结果观察组治疗后创面大小为(1.9±0.7)cm2,显著小于治疗前的(5.3±2.1)cm2,以及对照组治疗后的(2.5±1.1)cm2。观察组治愈率为41.86%(18/43)、愈显率为81.40%(35/43),显著高于对照组的20.93%(9/43)、51.16%(22/43)。以上差异均具统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 MEBO治疗轻中度小面积皮肤擦伤及溃疡疗效显著,值得推荐。Objective To study the clinical curative effect of MEBO in treatment of mild to moderate and small area skin abrasions and ulcer. Methods Eighty-six cases of mild to moderate and small area skin abrasions and ulcer in our hospital fxom June 2009 to May 2013 were set as the observation objects, and according to the treatment methods, the cases were divided into two groups. The observation group used MEBO, and the control group were covered with vaseline gauze bandage after debridement and then received treatment. Wound size and the curative effect of the two groups were compared 7 days after treatment. Results In the observation group, wound size after treatment was （1.9 ± 0.7） cm2, significantly smaller than that before treatment, which was （5.3 ± 2.1） cm2; and in the control group, it was （2.5 ± 1.1） cm2 after treatment. In the observation group, the cure rate was 41.86% （18/43）, markedly effective rate was 81.40% （35/43）, significantly higher than that of the control group, which was 20.93% （9/43） and 51.16% （22/43） respectively, with statistically significant difference （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions MEBO is effective in the treatment of mild to moderate and small area skin abrasions and ulcer, which is worthy of recommendation.
