Observation on Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate in Preventing Toxic Reactions of Intraperitoneal Chemotherapy in Gastric Cancer Surgery

摘　　要：目的观察异甘草酸镁防治胃癌术中腹腔化疗毒副反应的疗效。方法收集南昌大学第一附属医院胃肠外科术中进行腹腔化疗的进展期胃癌患者40例,随机分为实验组及对照组,实验组术后治疗加用异甘草酸镁;观察两组术后发热及持续时间、肛门排气时间、消化道反应(恶心、呕吐、腹痛及腹胀)、腹腔引流液量及引流液中白细胞计数。结果实验组患者发热、腹腔引流液及引流液中白细胞计数、消化道反应等不良反应发生率明显低于对照组。结论异甘草酸镁能减轻胃癌术中腹腔化疗毒副反应,促进术后恢复。Objective To observe the efficacy of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate on preventing side effects caused by intraperitoneal chemotherapy in gastric cancer surgery. Methods Forty patients with advanced gastric cancer undergoing intraoperative intraperitoneal chemotherapy in the Gastrointestinal Surgery Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University were collected and randomly divided into experiment group and control group, with 20 cases in each group. The patients were administered daily with magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate 150 mg for 7 days in the experiment group. Postoperative fever and duration, the time of anus exhaust, gastrointestinal reaction, quantity of celiac drainage fluid and the count of white blood cell in peritoneal drainage fluid were observed in the two groups. Results The incidence rate such as fever, abdominal cavity drainage and white blood cell count in fluid drainage, and digestive tract reaction in the experiment group was significantly lower than that in the control group. Conclusions Magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate can reduce toxic reactions ofintraoperative intraperitoneal chemotherapy for gastric carcinoma and promote postoperative recovery.
