妇科截石位改良型肩托放置方法的效果与评价

摘　　要：目的通过对妇科腹腔镜手术肩托放置方法进行改良,提高手术患者、主刀医生的满意度及手术患者的舒适度。方法选择手术时间>2 h的妇科腹腔镜手术100例,随机分为对照组和观察组各50例。对照组采用传统截石位肩托放置方法,观察组采用改良型肩托放置方法,比较两组并发症发生情况。结果观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论改良后的肩托放置方法既经济方便,又能符合手术患者的生理学及力学的角度,满足手术患者及主刀医生的需求,有利于提高手术配合质量,值得在临床上推广。Objective To raise the satisfaction of patients and surgeons by improving the method of shoulder support placement in gynecologic laparoscopic surgery. Methods One hundred cases of gynecologic laparoscopic surgery （operation time 〉 2 hours） were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 50 cases in each group. The control group adopted traditional lithotomy position shoulder support placement method, while the observation group adopted improved shoulder support placement method. The complications of two groups were compared. Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P 〈0.01）. Conclusions Improved method of shoulder support placement is not only economy and convenient, but also accord with the patients from physiology and mechanics angle, meet the needs of patients and surgeons and is conducive to improving the quality of operation cooperation, which is worth popularizing in clinic.
