摘　　要：目的总结分析急诊消化内镜护理常见问题,并提出防范建议。方法分析急诊消化内镜护理存在的常见问题及原因,提出改善建议和防范对策。结果医院感染、器械转运、交接班、护士的专业技能、患者(及家属)的安抚是急诊消化内镜护理容易产生护理风险的主要环节。结论要改善急诊消化内镜护理,提升护理质量,推动医患和谐关系建设,要加强消毒灭菌管理、尽量减少器械转运、完善交接班制度、提升护士专业技能,加强患者(及家属)的心理安抚,以更好地提升患者对护理的满意度。Objective To summarize and analyze the common problems in the nursing process of emergency digestive endoscopy, and provide corresponding preventive measures, Methods The common problems and reasons of nursing of emergency digestive endoscopy were analyzed, and the corresponding recommendations for improvement and preventive measures were provided. Results Hospital infections, equipment transport, shift of nurse, professional skills of nurses, and the negative emotions of patient （and their families） were the main risk factors. Conclusions In order to improve the nursing of emergency digestive endoscopy and the quality of care, promote the construction of harmonious relations between doctors and patients, strengthening the management of disinfection and sterilization, minimizing transport of equipment, perfecting shift system, enhancing nurs/ag skills and appeasing psychological of patients （and their families） are good selections for better improvement of patient satisfaction with nursing.
