摘　　要：通过放射性免疫方法测定和比较了养殖牙鲆(Paralichthys olivaceus)成鱼血清中两种重要的性类固醇激素—睾酮(T)和雌二醇(E2)的周年变化规律。在雄性个体中,从4月份开始,随着水温的升高及繁殖期的开始,T和E2含量显著上升并在6月份达到最高峰;之后,T和E2含量逐渐下降并在第二年3月左右降低至最低水平。雌性牙鲆个体的E2含量于3月份开始慢慢增高,于6月份达到最高峰;随后,E2的含量逐渐降低并在1月份达到最小值;而雌性个体中的T的含量在2月和6月份出现两次高峰。结果表明,T和E2对牙鲆的性腺发育具有十分重要的作用,在雌雄个体中T和E2均呈现出周期性的变化。Olive flounder （Paralichthys olivaceus） is a commercially important species in China.Due to its high economic value,breeding and culture of this species have great potential and prospect.Studies on olive flounder mainly focus on the reproducation,sex control and gene expression,while there are little studies on the endocrine of gonadal development sex steroid hormones dynamic during gonadal development cycle.With the development of flounder culture,knowledge about reproductive biology,development biology and endocrinology in flounder need to be extended eagerly.The annual changes of two important sex steroid hormones-testosterone （T） and estradio-17β （E2） in serum of P.olivaceus were analyzed by radioimmunoassay （RIA）.The results will provide basic information for the gonadal development and breeding of P.olivaceus and other marine fishes.The experiment was conducted from June,2008 to May,2009.16 artificially cultured adult individuals were labeled and raised in a tank with a capacity of 1 ton.Flounders were fed three times a day,and water was changed once a day.Temperature of water ranged from 16 to 25℃,and salinity ranged from 29 to 32.Serum samples were taken every month from each fish,and after being sampled for one year,all fish were anaesthetized and anatomized for sex discrimination.The concentrations of T and E were measured by radioimmunoassay （RIA）,and then analyzed by software SSCP 13.0.Concentrations of E2 and T were compared in different months and different sexes,and significant differences of sex steroid hormones were proposed when P 〈 0.05.Both E2 and T showed periodic changes.In male,the level of T increased with the rise of water temperature in April and peaked in June,then began to drop and reached the minimum in March of the second year.For E2,it reached the minimum in February,and began to increase in March and peaked then in June decreased gradually.In female flounders,E2 increased in March and peaked in June.The level of T had two peaks,one in February and the other
