摘  要:通过多条钚同位素衰变链测定钚年龄的比对分析,是避免人为因素造成钚材料年龄测定结果误判的有效方法。建立了多接收电感耦合等离子体质谱多离子计数同时接收技术,实现了超痕量铀、镅的准确分析。采用同位素稀释质谱法测定了4条钚同位素衰变链中238Pu/234U,239Pu/235U,240Pu/236U,241Pu/241Am的母子体核素含量比,运用钚同位素放射性衰变原理诊断了钚材料的年龄。用1个已知年龄的溶液验证了钚生产年龄诊断方法的可行性,完成了2个未知钚溶液生产年龄的诊断,4条衰变链分析结果在不确定度范围内符合较好。Age diagnosis of nuclear material was one of the key contents focused by nuclear forensic analysis and nuclear security technologies, comparative analysis of the plutonium age diagnosis results by different plutonium isotope decay chains was an effective method to avoid a miscarriage of justice of plutonium dating result caused by human factors. Based on multi-collector inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (MC- ICP-MS), we developed a multiple ion counting method, and achieved the accurate analysis of ultra-trace uranium and americium. The 239pu./235 U, 24~pu/236U, 241pu/241 Am nuclide ratios were measured by isotope dilution mass spectrometry, plutonium material age was diagnosed by using the radioactive decay principle of plutonium isotopes. The results showed that after complete separation and purification the plutonium age diagnostic results from each decay chain were corresponded within the uncertainties. The feasibility of plutonium age diagnostic method was verified with a solution of known age, and the production age of another two unknown plutonium solutions was diagnosed. The analysis results by four decay chain were in good agreement within the uncertainties.
