摘 要:采用三步细乳化法合成双酚A磁性分子印迹纳米粒子,并作为选择性吸附剂用于湖水中双酚A的萃取。印迹粒子具有规整的形貌和好的单分散性,平均粒径为123 nm(RSD=4.9%,n=50),分子印迹聚合物层厚约10 nm。磁性分子印迹纳米粒子具有高的饱和磁强度(28.005 emu/g),在外加磁场作用下,磁性纳米粒子在1 min内快速分离。磁性印迹纳米粒子对双酚A的饱和吸附量为122.2 mg/g,印迹因子α=3.5。以雌二醇、雌三醇和己烯雌酚作为干扰物,测得分离因子分别为23.6,8.8和3.7。以磁性分子印迹纳米粒子为固相萃取剂,成功用于湖水中双酚A含量的测定。Magnetic molecularly imprinted polymers (MMIPs) for bisphenol A (BPA) were prepared by three step miniemulsion polymerization and were used as selective adsorbents for extraction of BPA in lake water. The MMIPs nanoparticles (NPs) possessed regular morphology and good monodispersion. The average diameter of MMIPs NPs was 123 nm with RSD of 4.9 % ( n = 50). The shell of MIPs was about 10 nm in thickness. These MMIPs NPs could be rapidly separated by an external magnet within 1 min from solutions. The saturated adsorption capacity of the MMIPs for BPA was 122.2 mg/g, and the imprinting factor α was 3.5. Selective recognition experiments were performed using β-estradiol, estriol and diethylstilbestrol as competitive compounds, and separation factors were 23.6, 8.8 and 3.7, respectively, which revealed excellent selectivity of MMIPs for BPA. MMIPs NPs as magnetic solid phase extractant were successfully applied to determine BPA in lake water with satisfactory recoveries.
