摘  要:海绵钛是钛材料和钛合金的重要原料,其杂质含量直接影响最终产品的机械性能。国家标准对海绵钛中Si,Fe,Mn及Mg的杂质含量限值做出了明确规定,最小限值为0.01%。目前,国家标准规定的分析方法均为单元素分析法㈦,不仅操作繁琐分析效率低,且测定下限大多在0.01%以上,不能满足海绵钛中杂质含量测定的要求。An analytical method using inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy (ICP-AES) for the rapid and accurate determination of Si, Fe, Mn, Mg in sponge titanium was investigated. Samples were decomposed with HF and HNO3. The instrument equipped with a nebulizer and a torch made from HF resisting material was used for the direct determination, which made the pretreatment more convenient and with less interference. The Ti matrix effect on nebulization for Si, Fe, Mn, Mg could be effectively eliminated by using Ti matrix matching, which made the results more accurate. The detection limits of the method were in the range of 0.3-6.2 mg/L; the relative standard deviations were in the range of 1.0% -3.0% and the recoveries of the standard samples were in the range of 95.5% - 110.0% for the determination of Si, Fe, Mn, Mg.
