兴趣原则在药学专业本科毕业设计中的实践

摘　　要：针对当今药学生特点和毕业设计教学现状,倡导以兴趣原则贯穿整个教学始终,摸索出明确学习目的、制定切实可行的实习计划和学生自己选择指导教师等六项培养方案,并进行了实践性探索。旨在提高教学质量,培养能够适应社会需求并具有自主创新能力的药学人才。According to characteristics of current pharmacy undergraduates and teaching situation of graduation project, the principle of interest was proposed and practiced throughout the entire project. The program includes setting up a clear studying goal, drawing a practicable plan, choosing the advi- sor voluntarily, and etc. This exploration aims at improving the quality of teaching and enhancing pharmacy undergraduates＇ capability of independent innovation to meet the needs of society.
