摘　　要：目的测算东莞市某镇基本公共卫生服务项目成本,为政府建立合理的补偿机制提供科学依据。方法采用供方分析法,测算社区卫生服务机构完成基本公共卫生项目所需的标准配置人力,在此基础上测算人力成本、机构运营成本及总成本。结果该镇2011年基本公共卫生服务项目的总成本为9 251 887元,人均成本为22.10元;2012—2014年人均成本分别为24.62元、27.43元和30.56元。结论该镇人均基本公共卫生服务成本相对较低,社区卫生人力配置有待进一步提升,政府应该根据基本公共卫生服务项目内涵的变化以及社会经济发展状况对基本公共卫生服务项目进行合理补偿。OBJECTIVE To account the cost of basic public health service items in a township of Dongguan, so as to provide scientific basis for governmental compensation. METHODS Using the method of ＂supply-side analysis＂, the standard requirements of human resources for establishing reasonable implementing the basic public health services was calculated, and on this basis, the manpower cost and the running cost were also measured. RESULTS In 2011, the total cost of basic public health service items is 9 251 887 Yuan, and the per capita cost is 22.10 Yuan; according to prediction, the per capita cost of basic public health service items in 2012, 2013, 2014 are 24.62 Yuan, 27.43 Yuan and 30.56 Yuan respectively. CONCLUSION The cost level of basic public health service items is relatively low, more community health workers should be employed, and the government ought to make rational compensation for basic public health service items according to the contents of basic public health services and social and economy development condition.
