社区居民健康传播渠道接触缺失原因分析

摘　　要：目的分析社区居民健康传播渠道接触缺失原因,为科学开展社区健康传播提供依据。方法随机抽取宝山区16～69岁社区居民1 275人,调查其健康传播渠道接触缺失情况及其原因。结果社区居民因条件限制或不知道相关健康传播渠道而导致接触缺失列前5位的分别是健康类杂志(84.4%)、报纸(78.4%)、自我管理(75.1%)、电话咨询(70.1%)和书籍(68.7%),列最后3位的分别是健康教育板报(17.7%)、宣传栏(11.9%)和健康类电视节目(2.0%)。在有条件接触健康传播渠道的人群中,接触缺失列前5位的分别是电话咨询(86.1%)、自我管理(71.6%)、社区咨询(42.5%)、健康讲座(38.1%)和宣传活动(37.7%),其中主要因不喜欢而导致接触缺失的有健康类电视节目、移动电视、短信、讲座、宣传活动和自我管理,主要因没有时间而导致接触缺失的有健康类广播、宣传栏和板报,主要因没有需求的有社区咨询、电话咨询和网络信息。结论健康传播渠道接触缺失受主客观因素影响,应加强宣传,引导需求,创造条件,方便居民主动使用健康传播渠道获取健康信息。OBJECTIVE To analyze the causes for community residents＇ lack of health communication channels contact, to provide basis for carrying out community health communication scientifically. METHODS By using the random sampling, 1 275 residents among 16 to 69 years old were selected to be investigated about lack of health communication channels contact status and causes. RESULTS The top five health communication channels which were lack of contact due to constraints or residents don＇t know were health magazine（84.4%）, newspaper（78.4%）, self management（75.1%）, telephone counseling（70.1%） and book（68.7%）, the last three were board（17.7%）, publicity column（11.9%） and health TV program（2.0%）. The top five health communication channels which were lack of contact among people in conditional access were telephone counseling（86.1%）, self management（71.6%）, community counseling （42.5%）, health lecture（38.1%） and publicity activity（37.7%）. The health communication channels which were lack of contact due to do not like mainly were health st TV program, mobile TV, message, lecture, publicity activity and self management; those which were lack of contact due to hasn＇t enough time were health radio, publicity column and board; those were lack of contact due to has no demand were community counseling, telephone counseling and net information. CONCLUSION Subjective factors are influenced by lack of health communication channels contact, publicity should be strengthened, guide demanded, conditions are created to convenient residents use health communication channels for information.
