鱼肝油氧化锌软膏联合夫西地酸乳膏治疗儿童脓疱疮疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：评价复方鱼肝油氧化锌软膏联合夫西地酸乳膏治疗儿童脓疱疮的疗效和安全性.方法：将72例儿童脓疱疮患者,随机分为两组：治疗组给予复方鱼肝油氧化锌软膏和夫西地酸乳膏混合涂于患处;对照组仅外擦夫西地酸乳膏,两组均用药2~3次/d,疗程7 d.结果：治疗组有效率100%,对照组有效率80.56%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：复方鱼肝油氧化锌软膏联合夫西地酸乳膏治疗脓疱疮比单纯使用夫西地酸乳膏疗效好.Objective To investigate the effect of the cod- liver oil zlne ointment and fusidie acid emulsifiable paste to treat the chil- dren impetigo. Methods 72 children impedics were randomed into two groups equally. The patients in the treatment group were treated by the mixture of the cod - liver oil zinc ointment and fusidie aeid emulsifiable paste,the drug was painted on the the wounded part of the pa- tients＇ body, qSh a day,for 7day. The patients in the control group were treated only by the fusidie acid emulsifiable paste ,method like the treatment group. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 100% ,but in the control group was 80. 56%. The difference in the two groups was signitlcant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The effect of the cod - liver oil zinc ointment and the fusidie acid emulsilqable paste is better than the fusidie acid emulsifiable paste only to the children impetigo.
