农用机械、固定资产与农业经济增长的面板协整分析——以中部地区为例(1995—2011年)

摘　　要：为分析中部地区农业经济增长的影响因素,利用1995—2011年中部六省面板数据建立Panel Data模型,通过面板单位根检验和协整检验,运用协方差分析检验判断模型类型,对中部六省农用机械总量、农业固定资产、农业劳动力投入、农业土地投入与农业生产总值增长的关系进行实证分析。结果表明,农用机械总量、农业固定资产、农业劳动力投入、农业土地投入对农业经济增长存在协整关系,农业固定资产和农业劳动力投入对农业生产总值增长具有负向影响,而农业机械化和农业土地投入对农业生产总值增长具有显著正向影响。为促进农业经济发展,政府需要制定支农政策,加大补贴力度,加大农村固定资产的投入,提高农业机械化水平,稳定粮食播种面积。In order to analyze the impact factors of the growth of the agricultural economy in the central regions, we have made a Panel Data model with the panel data of the six central provinces from 1995 to 2011, and by means of Panel unit root and cointegration analy- sis methods and covariance analysis test to determine model type, an empirical Analysis of the six central provinces will be made about relationship between the total of agricultural machinery, agricultural fixed assets, agricultural labor input, investment in agricultural land and agricultural GDP growth. The results show that there exists the cointegration relationship between agricultural mechanization, agricultural fixed assets, agricultural labor input, agricultural land investment and agricultural GDP growth. Agricultural fixed a seets and agricutural labor inputs have a negative impact on agricultural GDP grouth, while the agricultural mechanization and agricultural land inputs have a significant positive effect on agricultural GDP grouth. To promote the development of agricultural economy, the gov- ernment needs to make agricultural support policies and increase subsidies, increase investment in fixed assets in rural areas, improve the level of agricultural mechanization and stabilize the grain acreage.
