论信仰民俗的历史变迁和功能嬗变——以新郑黄帝拜祖祭典为例

摘　　要：20世纪90年代以来,新郑黄帝拜祖祭典的主体是政府,经济功能和政治功能成为官方组织黄帝拜祖大典的主要目的。但是,新郑黄帝拜祖祭典作为国家级非物质文化遗产,作为一项享誉全国的大型文化庆典活动,它所起的作用除了政治作用和经济作用外,其核心作用应该体现在精神价值和社会价值两个方面。从长远来看,黄帝祭祀仪式所承载的精神价值和社会价值能在多大程度上实现取决于普通民众尤其是新郑的普通民众对祭拜黄帝民俗的认同上。Since 1990s, the official side has become the main body of the worship of Yellow Emperor in Xinzheng County, and the eco- nomic and political functions have become the official main purpose. However, as a national intangible cultural heritage and a national renowned large-scale cultural celebration, besides economic and political functions, the key role of the worship of Yellow Emperor should be embodied in the spiritual value and social value, In the long run, the extent of the implementation of the spiritual value and social value in the worship of Yellow Emperor depends on the extent of the identity of the common people especially those in Xinzheng toward the worship of Yellow Emperor.
