摘 要:我国水利水电工程环境监理工作历史不长,需要通过实践总结经验,逐步形成完善的环境监理制度。通过三峡工程施工区的环境监理工作,系统总结了环境监理机构的设置及职责、环境监理的依据及目标、环境监理工作内容及工作方法、环境监理成效考评方法等。结合三峡工程施工区环境监理的实践经验,提出了相关建议,为完善水利水电工程环境监理制度打下了良好的基础。Due to the short history of environmental supervision in China, it is necessary to sum up the experience to establish a perfect environmental supervision system step by step. According to the environmental supervision work in the construction area of Three Gorges Project, the establishment and responsibilities of environmental supervision departments, and the basis and objectives, contents and methods of environmental supervision, as well as its performance assessment, are systematically summarized. Through the experience summarization of environmental supervision in construction area of TGP, the corresponding suggestions are put forward, which lays a sound foundation for perfecting environmental supervision system of water conservancy and hydropower projects.
